6. Returns and Refunds

MOVA accepts eligible change-of-mind returns in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us of cancellation, followed by a further 14 days to return the items, where statutory cancellation rights apply.

Customers are responsible for return postage for unwanted items where this has been communicated before purchase.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Product Care

Customers should follow the washing and care instructions provided with their garments.

MOVA cannot accept responsibility for damage caused solely by misuse or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

The MOVA name, logos, original designs, graphics, photographs and website content belonging to MOVA are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
