International Customs & Import Charges

At MOVA, we aim to make international ordering as straightforward as possible.

MOVA covers applicable import duties, customs charges and import taxes associated with your order.

These costs are paid by MOVA through our international shipping arrangements, including charges billed to us by Royal Mail.

Customers are not expected to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.

If you are unexpectedly asked to pay import duties or customs fees, please contact MOVA.MoveOverAverage@gmail.com before making payment so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
